The Elite Pro Ballet Program is the highest and most advanced level of training within the school, designed for exceptionally committed dancers ages 12 and up who are pursuing a serious path toward professional ballet, conservatory training, or long-term career development in dance.

This program represents the pinnacle of our training structure, offering the most extensive weekly training hours, the highest technical and artistic expectations, and a true professional company environment. Elite Pro dancers are treated as young professionals in training, held to a standard of excellence, discipline, and consistency that reflects real-world ballet company expectations.

Rooted in the Vaganova method, Elite Pro focuses on complete technical mastery, advanced artistry, performance power, and stage presence. Students train in a highly detailed and demanding environment where precision, strength, endurance, and artistry are continuously refined.

Elite Pro dancers are the primary performing youth company of the school and take part in major productions, repertory works, and leading stage opportunities throughout the season. They also represent the school in top international ballet competitions, including YAGP (Youth America Grand Prix) and UBC (Universal Ballet Competition), with extensive variation coaching and performance preparation.

A defining feature of the program is the level of exposure to the professional world. Students regularly work with guest teachers, master coaches, and internationally recognized choreographers, gaining insight into diverse styles, artistic approaches, and real industry expectations.
